Kayambo, a recent addition to the search engine game in Mauritius, has a list of the 25 most popular search keywords this year (2010). Surprisingly, many of the terms are related to travel or business investment in the country. A breakdown:
The most popular terms are understandably “mauritius” and “mauritius newspaper”, but the #3 spot is home to “articles on information security management in mauritius”. The inclusion of such a targeted search throws the Kayambo’s ranking into question. Perhaps the engine is the victim of bots?
